2670sq ft. 4br, 3.5ba, 1study/dinning, 1family and 1 game room. We have lots of upgrades like granite counters top w/cereamic backsplash, bullnose corners, vaulted ceiling, cereamic tile in all of the wet areas plus throughout entry, kitchen, utility and family room(all of down stairs except for the master br. and the study/dining), ect.........
One thing I like about new homes in DFW is that the builders will landscape the front and SOD THE BACK YARD, that's unheard off in CA.
When it's all said in done will close at a little over 200,000. Hoa fees are about $396 annulally and the tax rate is 2.45 Plus we are located in the frisco school dist.

We've been getting a few letters in the mail from diffrent companys asking us to call for a quote, but we haven't got around to chosing a insurance co.
My guess would be around 100.00 per mo.

I had a bad experience with Traveler's Insurance, while their rates were one of the cheapest, they made up for it, by over assessing the value of our home by $100,000 (as compared to the appraised value from the closing six weeks earlier). We canceled and went with Germania.
(I have no affiliation with Germania, other than as a customer.)
