Rayzor Ranch Town Center has the potential to totally change the North Denton area which would probably have some effect on the town of Krum since it does sit so close to the town center site. Check the link below.

A million sq ft open air retail development going in very close to Krum called Rayzor Ranch Town Center slated for opening in 2009 , that seems like a great thing for that area, and possibly for a real estate boost....right?
WOW!!! I had no idea that was going on up there. COOL!!! That will REALLY help that area. I'd say that getting into some real estate in Krum right now would be the best time. In a few years if this development is like it says then I'd say the properties in Krum may be worth more than those in Argyle and harder to come by.
