rhansley is on a distinguished road
Default Very well off Colleyville family looking for beachhouse

We want a place on the water (of course) with houses to fit a ~$200,000/yr income on the water, and not too far from Colleyville (no more than 2 1/2 hour drive)
Any such beachtowns?

The keyword in your question is "beachtown". There are several lakes that have some awesome waterfront properties but don't have a beach that you can just swim in. Lake Granbury in Granbury and Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall are very nice lakes that I would consider for a waterfront property.

Both places would put you less than 2 hours from Colleyville.

Are you looking for a weekend getaway place or more along a permanent move.

Naima

One would think that someone so well off could afford the services of a competent real estate agent.

Or at least a decent map.

???

According to stats, median income for a family in DFW is $42K.

$200K is about 5 times of the median, which is actually upper class.

For the USA, 200K income is within like the top 5% of US income per household.

They may have lots of money in investments, millions maybe? Maybe $200K is just interest they earn from their money?

Or maybe it's some obnoxious blowhard who desperately wants people to know how important he thinks he is.
