Dallas North Parkway Expansion
I'm looking to move to Prosper from Colorado. I'm looking at Lakes Of Prosper Community which seems like it will be very close to the Parkway once the extend it from 380 to North. Does anyone have any informaiton on the next phase and it's where abouts?

We looked at Lakes of La Cima in Prosper off of 380 as well as some other neighborhoods up there. There was one builder that had amazing homes, name was Dave Williams I believe. The area was our favorite, it was just too far from our jobs.
From what I read the tollway will be extended to 380, and the last date I saw was fall of 07... but I'm not sure if that's accurate.

Prosper is a neat small town. I think you will like the charm it has to offer.
Ther is another little town close to there named Tioga. You should check into that area as well. It is a little smaller than prosper. Nice country living!

dallas tollway
The expansion from 121 to 380 will have the tollway ending approximately 3 miles from Prosper, Tx. They have already started the next phase of the tollway expansion. This new expansion will have the tollway will cross couty road 4, about a 1-2 miles from N. Spur 439. You can go to google - map to get a visual.

Where will you be working? Prosper is a neat town, but is is quite a ways up there.

Deion Sanders lives in Prosper. He has a very huge house. All the houses in Prosper are very nice. I guess that's why they call it "Prosper".

I hear it will be September 28 for the DNT to run all the way to U.S. 380 from State Highway 121. I'm looking forward to it.
