I'm a 20 year old college student on break for about a month and I was wondering if there was anywhere in the area that has decent pick-up basketball. I'm new to the area so I'm not sure where to go.

Check with the recreation centers in the area - they usually have open basketball pick-up games going on quite frequently. Here's the list of centers in the Collin County area by city, as well as some in Richardson.

That is what I was thinking, but I was wondering if there was anywhere I could play without paying a big membership fee. Back home we had access to the Community Center basketball courts for a one time fee of $5, but maybe that is too much to ask for.

Thanks for your help.
