There's a mall on almost every corner! You need to be a little more specific on what part of the area you're looking at.

Also, what type of store are you planning to open?

Right, this is a required question to answer. There are a super large variety of malls here, which one would be best might depend on the type of store.

We have a Music Scene store (apparel and Bodyjewelry) in San Antonio - look up our website: BLACKFLY HOT STUFF FOR COOL PEOPLE. We don´t want to open a store in a "dead" mall .... and we are not fixed on a special area.

Many are "dead" these days because there are too many.

But, maybe look into Stonebriar in Frisco and Firewheel in Garland. Those are both new(er) and have more non-traditional stores than the older malls. The Dallas Galleria would probably be too high of a price tag for you to consider.

Sorry - these are malls in Houston

We are not sure in the moment to open up in Dallas or Houston. So, what about the Grapevine Mills or the Richland Mall in Waco ?
