Default Plumber recommendation?

Could anyone recommend a good plumber that has resonable rates that serves the Oak Cliff area? I have a slow drain in the kitchen and a toilet that won't flush. I haven't had to call a plumber since I've moved here, and I don't want to just pick one out of the phone book. I've heard soooo many horror stories about plumbers who overcharge, do unnecessary repairs, fixing one thing but causing a leak somewhere else, etc. I would appreciate just an honest Joe who won't be charging me an arm and a leg to unclog my drain. Thanks!
