Default call for recommendation...

Not really any of those areas except close to Dallas. Coppell Tire and auto is a great place to take your auto for mechanical issues. They are highly respected by many people (I'm frugal and will not stand for being ripped off). They have phenomonal customer service and they could probably recommend a good autobody mechanic. They recommend only the best places (my experience). I have them on speed dial on my phone. Good Luck.

Many dealers send body work to an outside body shop. I would call a few local dealers who specialize in your brand of car and ask where they send body work to.

Service King is great. I have used them more than once and never had any issues..I always had great customer service. Herbs Paint and Body have also been around. I personally have not used them so I cannot vouch for them. HTH

Herb's is ok. Caliber Collision is ok as well. I would just suggest staying away from Maaco.

how big is the dent?

do you know about dry ice for helping spring out a dent that is not too large
you might also check with your local school district
some of them have tech campuses that have classes in auto body repair...if they can't do it timely, then the instructor probably knows a decent shop in the area to refer you to

We rented a car in Dallas last December, and got a dent on the corner of the rear bumper while it was parked at Northpark Mall. My husband was stressing out at the thought of spending $1k to repair it. He went to an auto parts store and bought a dent remover. It's like a suction device and let me tell you, it popped that dent out. It was not a huge dent, maybe 8" in diameter, but it was deep.

If it's not a huge dent you could give it a try. Cost less than $8.

Contact/Location | Excalibur Collision Center

Best ever and I used them when I had four teenage boys. They are honest and do great work at fair price. What more can you ask.

Like-Nu Auto Paint and Body, We emphasize quality since 1947 owned by the same family for many, many years and they are active in the community - so they care about their reputation (beyond just doing a good job). Ask for Clay.
