What are your thoughts about the Heritage neighborhood in Keller? I very impressed by the swim complex and community but I have only seen it online. Are there any other housing developments similar to this one. We need to be fairly close to Grand Prairie for my husbands job. Are there any issues living in these types of neighborhoods or is it really great for families?

Keller/Heritage and Grand Prairie are not close--look at a map
you have to drive from the NE part of Tarrant county to Dallas county and depending on where in GP the job it, it could be at least 45 min or more...
Plus Keller is a topic better suited to the Fort Worth board because of being in Tarrant county
lots of posts about Heritage and Keller there

Okay - what neighborhood is most like Heritage? I would love to walk my kids to school and have a community pool for them to meet other children. The move will be difficult for us and we need to find a great neighborhood and school district. I would be looking North of Grand Prairie in 400-550 range. My one child has dyslexia so finding a good public school is a priority. Any ideas??? When I call models the agents have no clue and told me Keller is close enough. i thought Castle Hills seemed nice but much to far of a commute. Thanks!

Mira Lagos is very similar if not nicer and it's in Grand Prairie. Homes range from the high 100s to the 600s. These are called master planned communities here.
