Can anyone please advice on the areas of N. Dallas (subdivision names will be better) where I should consider buying a single family home for rental investment in the price range of $175,000 to $200,000. I am expecting $1500 to $1600 monthly rent from this property.

I prefer a house which is less tha 10 years old and 2000 to 2500 sq feet in living area.

I am from Houston and not familiar with Dallas. I am living overseas at the moment due to my job. I will really appreciate your advice. I will do the closing of this property during my 2 week trip to Dallas in 2 mionths.
