Our neighbors up the street are from Germany, and their kids speak German and English. The mom actually just put together a German Choir for our elementary school's multi-cultural night. It was so cute!
I can see if they attend any German speaking events or if they have other German speaking friends who get together if you would like.

You might want to contact this German cafe and shop. I have encountered German citizens shopping there. Also there is a German Deli in Colleyville.....germandeli.com that is run by Germans and I've seen German speakers shopping there as well.
