Agreed. And Frisco is also doing a good job of city planning. They've been very creative in building a modern-day city, and they're going at this one better than what Plano had done twenty to thirty years ago.

Frisico had the opportunity to start from scratch. Not many communites and afford that luxury. Most have to balance the old with the new.

Sorry. There was a typo in my post. I meant to say proximity to employment centers in Plano.
And yes, you bet your ass that schools have a lot to do with it as well (I have a friend that teaches in Frisco ISD).

There are a lot of things you could trash Frisco (and Plano) for, but racism isn't one of them. Methinks Lakewooder is blinded by his distaste for all things suburban.

And will use any kind of twisted rationalization to make an invalid point.

Because anytime you start a thread about one of the suburbs, there will be a very small contingent of bitter, hateful people who will seize the opportunity to make invalid and unwarranted disparaging remarks. It is as dependable as the sun rising in the east, and stems from insecurity and need for attention. It also goes back a long time : http://www.city-data.com/forum/4741448-post54.html . Just can't seem to stand it when someone else steals the limelight... sad.
The recipe is always the same, and always ends up with the same tired old worn-out race card being played in the end. Very boorish, don't you think? The good news is that when these people are called out for their juvenile behavior, they usually go away, just as any bully does.

It's just wonderful that you like them, but it's also okay for me to disagree. OK?
