Considering Dallas
I am a 26-yr old female currently residing in the DC area. I am in the process of evaluating options in terms of relocating/home ownership. Staying in the DC area is an option, however due to the home prices it's not at the top of my list (only a last resport). Relocating to Dallas is also another option. Hence, I need some advice in terms of neighborhoods, etc.
I travel weekly for my job so relatively quick access to the airport is a preference...however it's not a requirement as I am immune to traffic here in the DC area. I am interested in purchasing a single family (detached) home in a fairly new neighborhood. I'd like something not too far from the Uptown/Addison as this is where I'd probably spend my weekends! Although I am single with no kids, I don't have an issue living in a neighborhood with families.
Any suggestions?
