surf2wake is on a distinguished road
i've lived in the firewheel/north garland area for about 1.5 years now and i LOVE it. so much to do all real close. shopping, movies, dining, 3 golf courses in firewheel alone, not to mention 5 mins north (woodbridge) or south (waterview). it's an amazing area that really does have that small town feel to it as momof2dfw said (howdy neighbor!!!)

ditto, we moved into the 75040 zip and are happy. its about 5-10 minutes to the downtown garland station and 30 minutes to downtown by train.
