Default Real Estate Agents Specializing in Investment Properties

I do not live in Texas. I am looking to invest in properties in the Dallas/Fort Wortg Area and put them up for rental and long term hold. I am looking for reference of local Real Estate Agents that specialize in investment properties.

Please let me know if you have any references.

Thanks

I'm a broker/builder. I don't work the RE side of the business as such, just have the license to facilitate properties for my projects. I currently have a nice opportunity in the Granbury area. House and some land for about 1/2 the average property values for the immediate neighborhood. We're keeping the rest of the land for a new near-zero energy townhome pilot project.

Let me know if there's an interest, I can send you a link to the details.

Are you looking for multi-family properties, such as duplexes and fourplexes? Those do well here. I highly recommend to stay away from condos, they don't appreciate well and the HOA dues are not cheap here.

House in Granbury went under contract within 6 hours of me putting up a sign in front of the house, at asking price, as is.
