I have some fine jewelry I am needing to sell and wondered if anyone here knew of places to do that? I don't really have time for the ebay/craigslist thing and would rather just go to a jeweler and do it that way. The few I've contacted were not buying jewelry. Before I hound the yellow pages i decided I'v give this a try first. Thanks.

Tammy

I've got a jeweler that buys but I don't know how much she is buying right now. The jewelers have been hit hard with people selling stuff and some I know don't even have the funds to buy everything that comes in now and they are getting more paticular about what they are buying. They won't buy everything that comes in or give you much for it. For the ones that have made some good buys they have some great pieces to sell at great prices though. Now if you have a 1 ct or more round cut diamond you might have some luck selling it but probably not for the price your wanting.
