Where to start medical practice in Mesquite/ surrounding areas... (Sunnyvale: lease, construction)

I am planning to set up my own medical (Internal Medicine) practice in Mesquite / surrounding area (forney, south garland, balch spring etc). I will prefer to be in the dense populated area. Also the locations should be highly visible to the general traffic. I need to start looking for a medical office space for lease sometimes next month.

Any good area in particular I need to look for? Any specific recommendations?

The area around Town East Mall will be your most highly visible area in Mesquite. There are also some smaller strip-mall style medical plazas on some of the major roads in Mesquite. I know there is one at the intersection of Pioneer and Cartwright road. They are aslo getting ready to open a new hospital/medical building in Sunnyvale where Hwy 80 intersects Highway 352.

Yep Sunnyvale has many medical centers under construction. I would start my search there. You could also look for something that would cater to the Creek Crossing area. It is a huge area with no local medical offices that I am aware of.
