Hello all.

My wife and I are planning on going to the Dallas area at the end of May for about 1.5 weeks to start checking things out before we move there at the end of next summer (2010). At that point, I will be doing my student teaching phase to become a teacher in Texas.

We want to know where there is a really good Japanese restaurant that is known for ramen. Also, for sushi.

Thanks!

I'm glad your priorities are straight. Find the best restaurant, then get a job/home nearby.

I like Sushi Sake in Richardson best for sushi. I don't have a ramen recommendation. I don't think there is a huge Japanese population here in Dallas based on the number of restaurants I've seen around.
