Other than inquiring at Plano city hall, does anybody know where I can find any info about the house building requirements in the Stone Creek subdivision in Plano?

Is there a website to peruse by a HOA (if it exists) or, maybe, the city of Plano itself that would contain the data that I seek?

The info I seek is the minimum square-foot house that can be built in the subdivision as well as roof styles, exterior architecture required, HOA cost (if there is one), etc.

The Stone Creek neighborhood is located North-east of Plano Senior High School, between Independence and Custer, and North of W. Park Blvd. The neighborhood is bounded by Parkhaven Dr. on the North and Stone Creek Dr. on the South.

The City-Data info on Stone Creek is demographical data only and not the specific building requirements that I seek.

Thanks for any help given!
