I've learned that the event will take part in two different locations. There will be a Forest Lane cruise and a race through the Farmer's Market area of downtown.

Time permitting, the skatescooterers will also race down the Katy Trail!

White Settlement was in the running; however, they failed to close the deal. Dallas's plethora of possible venues along with it's proximity to Farmers Branch made it the ideal location

Now there's an idea!

But it's a little sad that my hometown is reduced to the butt of racial jokes.

Could be worse............. when I was growing up there my dad worked for a company that I guess could not fit in all of "Farmers Branch, TX 75234" on their outgoing mail. Everything they sent to us was addressed to:
"Farmers Bra, Tx 75234".
