Default Do I pay a broker fee for renting my house out?

Depends on how you set it up. Some property management types charge a monthly fee to collect rent, harrass late-payers, deal with any repair issues, and forward the rent to you. When necessary, they find new tenants.

Yes you pay a fee to broker to list it and screen potential tenants i.e. background check/employment verification/credit check etc. Then if you want a broker to manage the property for you ie. collect rent, arrange for repairs etc. you would have a separate agreement for that.
