Default Meadow Hill Estates

Considering a house in Meadow Hill Estates. Anyone have good or bad info about that area? Is the foreclosure rate higher than other Frisco developments? Does the area have more than usual foundation problems? I understand that Lennar built some homes here. Any opinions on the quality of those? What about noise from the nearby RR tracks or the sports complex?

Lennar built the homes of the first phase from 2000-2003. The next phase and more expensive homes were built by Drees.

There are no foreclosures on the market as of today in Meadow Hill. There isn't one particular neighborhood that has been hit more than others. There are only 52 foreclosures on the market in Frisco as of today ranging from 140K to over 2 million.
