Anyone have any comments on this? I am very nervous about this. My kids are currently on a normal schedule, each class 45 min, about 7 classes per day. With the accelerated block it will be 4 classes 90 min. My daughters will be fine, but I frankly worry about my son paying attention for 90 min. Anyone else have a child transition to this type of scheduling?

I was really worried about this because my son went from a small homeschool group to 9th grade with block scheduling.

He had no difficulties at all.
We just have to keep up on the homework and try to complete all that he received on that day so he wouldn't be "catching up" if he did it just the day before his next class.

The only time it got confusing was when we had an ice day. I wasn't sure what class came the next day...regular scheduled class or not.
