Possibly. If paying the bill is tied into the fees for the HOA (which, from reading some other posts, it might be) then yes, they can foreclose if the HOA dues are not paid.

There was a law passed not too long ago that restricted the HOAs a bit from foreclosing on residents, but I don't know all the particulars. They can still foreclose, but it's a harder process they have to go through now to do so.

What the hell is Windmill Farms, I passed by it and didn't see any windmills or any type of farming there besides a decorative imitation windmill by the entrance.
Can't believe people buy into this hyped suburbia crap and voluntarily allow others dictate how and where to park, what time to come home, and how to watch my TV. I wish someone would file a huge lawsuit against these d...-heads and take them to cleaners.
If you market it well then you can sell any crap as opportunity of a lifetime.
