Hello,

We are currently looking at a Drees inventory home at quail run Allen TX. How much would we be realistically knock off from the asking price of around $350K since we are in the "buyer's market". Thanks.

They only have 1 home in inventory that I know of (my office is the listing agency). That one home just got completed and hasn't been around too long.

Obviously I can't get into details here but I know that there is generous wiggle room there.

Hi, Thanks for your reply, I saw two listings -

- Pelican Dr
- PANTHER LANE

Is one of them already sold? And what do you mean by generous wiggle room? We were thinking about asking 70K - 80K off. Is it realistic?

why don't you send a request like that as a DM vs an open post--especially on a thread that started/ended in 2009
