Default How to reach Dallas County Office?

Hi,

I recently got a ticket in Dallas for speeding. I live in Houston. I completed the course and sent all the stuff to the Dallas county office. I wanted to make sure that they have received everything so I called them. But it seems like they never pick up the phone. I used the following information.

South Dallas Govt. Ctr.
7201 S. Polk
Dallas, TX 75232
64X
Judge Jones
JP 1-1 972-228-0280 972-228-2737

I tried to connect to every single option but no one ever picks up the phone. I have never experienced this bad service in US. Is there anyway to reach Dallas Country office?

If this is the worst you have experienced I can tell you to NEVER get a ticket in Harris County. The judge there only comes in 1-2 days a week, seriously. My dad had a HORRIBLE time trying to take care of one he got down there.

I'd send a letter to them via certified mail w/ a signature of delivery required. I would have sent it that way to start with. If you have copies of your paperwork you could try resending it againg via certified mail. You might also try checking online as many things thru Dallas County are available online.

Thanks for the reply!

Actually I did send the certified mail. I checked just right now and they have received the mail. I just wanted to talk to a live person and ask them if everything I sent was good enough.

I included:

1) Driving record
2) Copy of driving license
3) Certificate of Defensive Driving Course
