Long boring story, but this year, we're meeting at a restaurant for lunch.

Found a list of places on the internet, but turns out most of the info is incorrect, and most of these places listed ARE CLOSED. Some are open, but all of them are what some call 'fru-fru' and are freaking expensive.

So does anyone here have suggestions for places that are open and affordable? Preferable classic American, Italian or Mexican.

Thanks.

Very few low cost places will be open. You should think ethnic restaurants like various Asian places where the owners and their target audience don't necessarily celebrate Thanksgiving.

As far as other places, the W used to do one, but it will definitely be pricey.

To be clear, less expensive translates into establishments such as El Fenix, or Campisi's, just as examples.
Those are both closed on Dead Bird Day.

Kalachnadji's used to be open on the day in question, but am not sure if that's still the case, not having gone there on TD in over a decade.
