Debsi has you covered. The only other one I can think of is on Beltline/Grove. But that brings Richardson's Wendys Total to FOUR. Now I want a Frosty.

Thanks guys! I guess it's a good thing that none of those are anywhere near where I will be living!

Richardson west of Central over into Dallas (Coit)

Wendy's:
Spring Valley and Coit
Hillcrest and Arapaho

Whataburger
Coit and Campbell

Burger King:
Arapaho and West Grove

McDonalds:
Coit and Belt Line
Campbell and Central
Belt Line and Central

Grandys:
Campbell and Central

Jack in the Box:
Coit and Campell (near Home Depot)
Belt Line and Central

Taco Bell/KFC combo:
Coit and Belt Line

Taco Bueno:
Spring Valley and Coit

Arby's:
Arapaho and Custer

Taco Bell (alone):
Arapaho and Custer

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. I think Richardson does keep a tight control over what is in their city and they restrict the height of signs.

There's a Subway on Coit between Belt Line and Arapaho across from the Post Office. Cafe Amore is right next to that. Also Tong's House is in that same office building area next to Walmart. Milk and Honey Jerusalem market and grill is across from Tong's.

I appreciate everyones responses, I very much like Richardson so I'm not at all attacking it. That said, I'm telling you the part I was looking at in the newer northern part of Richardson had no fast food and I don't mean a small area, I'm talking a huge swath. It wasn't until I got to Murphy that I was able to get Big Mac lol. Even major intersections had nothing. I'm sure though that other parts of Richardson have more. I used to live in a part of South Austin where there was ~ 20 fast food places within a few miles.

I know. I was just saying in general why the OP saw nothing. There's a lot of places over there where there are no commercial areas and the OP took that path. I did the same thing when I first moved here. It's just that most of Richardson's stuff is west of 75, Coit and Cambell being the main strip IMO.

There's a Wendy's on Custer at Renner in the Tom Thumb plaza.

Luckily most of those Wendy's are too far away; the closest one would be at Spring Valley and Coit and since my house is near Belt Line and Floyd I doubt I will get over there too often. If it's more than a 5 minute drive I usually will skip it as the food will get cold on the way home.

I live in Murphy and own the Jimmy John's at Renner and NorthStar that Momof2DFW referred to. You had to have driven right by us. Next time, stop in for a bite! :-)
