You know those little fat naked dolls w/ the hair of all different colors that is taller than they are.................

Okay, on a computer forum a troll is someone that "fishes" to stir up the pot basically. They try to incite, cause trouble, flame, etc. Their posts mean basically nothing and add nothing to a conversation.

I'm not a troll (I'm the thread starter). Come on, folks, there is nothing wrong with having some light-hearted humor now and then.

I will have to drive through Trophy Club one day and scope out possible sites for my business.

I think it comes from "trolling" in fishing -- throwing out your line to see if you will get a strike...
as MO2 said--looking to get a response--hopefully a heated one

Do you know how many people are going to petition against putting one up? I'm sorry, but you are looking in the wrong area. I know a lot of people in Trophy Club, and they do not want to see any clubs/bars(besides the country club) built in their city. Trophy Club is mostly wealthy families, so there isn't even a want, desire, or need for bar/club.

I know that; it was a joke. Admittedly I have not been to Trophy Club, but I have been to Sugar Land (a suburb southwest of Houston) several times, and the demographics of the two are very similar.
