Need help with finding a moving company (Dallas, Grand Prairie: movers, credit card)

I'm posting this here instead of under moving issues because I want local input. My husband and I are moving this month and need to find movers ASAP. We will pack all of our own things - just need movers for a couple of hours to load it onto their trucks and deliver it to the new address (Grand Prairie to Midlothian). I've been looking around trying to get quotes online, but everyone wants all your contact info and I don't want 50 million companies contacting me. I just want to shop around and see who will give me a good deal and then check with the BBB to see if they are in good standing.

Does anyone have suggestions for who will do a good job (basically not break stuff and get it done quickly) at a decent cost in this area? If you know of a good site that will give you quotes without you having to give them your phone number until you are ready to actually do business, I'd appreciate that, too! Let me know what experiences you've had with companies that serve this area.

I had a good experience with Apple Movers. Decently priced and didn't break anything.

we moved 3 miles from Bedford to Hurst but used movers --
got off-duty fire fighters in FTW area
there is Dallas office
they were great
and worked by the hour--so they would have done what ever we asked--like helping to pack boxes if we needed it...
think they take checks or cash--no credit cards

We used mountain movers dfw recently....and really liked them, very proffessional, were on time, did things very swiftly....would highly reccomend them...
