Maybe as Tropical Storm Don peters-out over West Texas the jet stream will move some much needed moisture eastward into the DFW area.

Well they're predicting a 20% chance right now so don't hold your breath. (That'd be a long time to hold your breath even if it was a 100% chance.) At least our brothers out west will be getting some desperately needed rain though, assuming it doesn't change course.

way too hot...Was in a fab shop in Paris, TX today 118 indoors and we have to work in it!

It might be hotter in other places around the Metroplex but the officially temp only comes from DFW Airport.
