Hi all, I need help finding new like houses or brand new houses of around 2500+ sq feet..i dont want to pay more because i dont plan to live here..may be 5-6years..
i have kids and i have heard about coppel isd being the best. the houses there are quite old and not much liveliness.i also heard about plano and frisco & lately flowermound.
i am all confused with these areas...
i am asian indian married to american..so i am looking for areas which has both american as well as indians..
i saw some houses in irving, but too many indians. it will be difficult for my partner to adjust.

any place where i can get:
good isd,good multicultural cuisine restaurants,
liveliness of city and with a good bargain for my budget? any help will be highly appreciated..

Use any of the real estate sites (realtor.com is one) and look around for what you like. There are mortgage calculators online to estimate mortgage payment based on price and down payment.

I guess my next question would be how much are you planning to put down as a down pymt?? I am guessing that you would only be able to get that kind of mortgage pymt if you put down a big down pymt or did a 5-7 ARM. I would ONLY suggest doing an ARM if you are absolutely sure that you will be moving in 5-6 yrs.

You can get that kind of mortgage payment, but your taxes will add almost $700 a month to your payment.

My calculations are based on a $300K mortgage, putting $25K down w/ a 5.5% rate. Your principal & interest will be $1,560/mth. You also have to add property taxes, mortgage & homeowners ins.

I think that you would find Frisco to meet all the things you are looking for:

A lot of new or newer homes in your price range
A wide variety of restaurants with taste for everyone
People from every background
Excellent schools!!!
