Booker T and the Irma Rangel schools are also magnets. Anyone familiar with these College High schools listed? I saw the list last night and wondered about them. I've never heard of them. Are they charters maybe?

I'm thinking all of those schools are applications only.

ETA - those schools with the word "College" in them meet at Community Colleges and are district wide schools.
