Default Home In Euless

Hi All,

I'm considering buying a home in Euless, specifically in a subdivision called "Midway Square Addition" off on Euless-Main road. What I've noticed is that Euless seems like the sought after place to live now. Is this true because it's central to DFW with good school district?. Most of the homes I saw were at least $90 a sq/ft. I saw a very simple 3 BR/ 2 BA about 2000 sq/ft home with a list price around $185K. Does this seem right or is it the norm for Euless

Thanks in advance

Generally speaking, they say anything north of 183 is pretty decent. When you get north of Mid Cities Blvd you are actually in the Grapevine-Colleyville School district, which is considered a wee bit more desirable than the H-E-B district. Even so, the majority of the schools in HEB are exemplary or recognized - even the high schools.

You'll get more responses if you post this question in the Ft. Worth fourm.
