At 38, I am lucky to be blessed with a full head of hair and I want to try something different from the normal Sport Clips/Supercuts routine.

I'm thinking about a pompadour or something different.

I need to find a good mens hairdresser. The only thing I could think of was Toni & Guy but I have heard that it is very hit or miss depending on who you get and that they are overpriced.

So, does anyone have any recommendations?

What part of Dallas do you live in?

I know a lady who used to work in salons that now has her own studio in her garage. She's very, very good, and reasonably priced as well.

She is up by Midway and Forest.

Like I said, she worked high-dollar salons for years, this is just easier and better for her.

DM if you want her name & number.

I just got back from Floyd's in Addison. They do a great job in a masculine friendly environment. I think they are reasonably priced for the work they do. They have many locations around town, but I've never had a bad cut from any of them.

You could try my old friend Rob at Rob's Chop SHop in Exposition Park. That's if he isn't overseas somewhere cutting hair at a rockabilly festival.
