It is there. Been there for several years now. Like 10 years or so. Not all of it though has been open the entire time and some parts are still under construction but that is on the far east side of it from Hwy 78 in Garland to I-30.

It has had and has gone by several names:
Loop 9 (the original name designated for it)
Hwy 190
George Bush Turnpike
President George Bush Turnpike
