You can buy liquor/beer/wine by the drink in many restaurants throughout Rockwall. But to actually buy alcohol in packages, you'll have to go a little bit east on I-30 to the Chilly Mart which sits just outside the city limits. There is a convenience store side which sells beer and wine, and a liquor store side which sells everything but is closed on Sundays.

Welcome to Texas! It's the last bit of the Bible Belt...;-)
