Most exclusive area/neighborhood with large, wooded lots?
I was just curious which suburb, or neighborhood has sub divisions with large, nice homes, with large ( 1/2 acre or bigger), nice wooded lots? Pictures would be awesome as well, if possible. Thanks

Very broad question. Price range is key too. I would start with Preston Hollow and Prestonwood in Dallas. Willow Bend Country in Plano would be next, Flower Mound has a few neighborhoods, Heath by Rockwall.
Again, price point is key.

Easy! THE most exclusive neighborhood in DFW area with acreage is Preston Hollow, including Strait Land estates. Zip code 75229. You can view pics on realtor.com or ebby.com.
Currently there are a few wooded lots on the market:
10240 Strait Lane
$9.95M for 3.5 acres & a tear-down house
Neighbors include Ross Perot, Kenny (communications billionaire) Troutt, Phil Romano, and Dirk Nowitzki of the Dallas Mavericks.
5215 Lobello & 5214 Royal Lane
$6.5M for the two lots
3.9 acres
10245 Strait Lane
$2.95M
Exact lot size not specified, between .5-.99 acres
Now, if I had the money & could build my estate anywhere in Dallas, I'd choose to build on West Lawther, overlooking White Rock Lake in Lakewood. It is not as prestigious a location, but the scenery & topography are much more interesting than Preston Hollow!
3600 W Lawther is on the market for $1.3M- a 1.1 acre lot.
Also in the Lakewood area is a lovely 2.1 acre wooded lot just down the street from the lake. 7317 Fisher is a steal at $998k!! That's $500k/ acre, compared to $3M/ acre on Strait Lane.

Just re-read your OP. So you want the house AND the lot? In Preston Hollow, that's going to run you from $3M to $25M+. On White Rock Lake, from $2.5M-$7M.
Also, some areas of Old Highland Park will meet your 1/2 acreage requirements- that will cost you $5M-$20M+. Highland Park is your #1 or 2 most prestigious area (either HP or Preston Hollow). Your neighbors are Jerry Jones, Bob Rowling (Omni Hotels CEO & current richest man in Dallas), the oil Hunt's grandkids, and dozens of old Dallas money families along with CEOs and other Senior-EVP level execs for Neiman Marcus, Belo Corp (Dallas Morning News), Frito Lay, etc. Mix in the movers & shakers in Dallas' legal and financial scene and it's definitely a "who's who" roster of Dallas.

What about Bluffview? There are some stunning wooded lots in that area. I guess it's not considered fancy and exclusive like HP or Preston Hollow though.

I am a huge supporter of Flower Mound but the only areas with large lots would be the older far west area. I think your other suggestions are a bit better or how about double Oak and Argyle, both near Flower Mound?

I consider Bluffview right up there with HP and PH! It's sort of hidden, I think people forget about it.

I think so, too. It's so lovely over there. One day...
