Anyone familiar with "the best vet in town?" Also, interested in best schools in Flower Mound area (preschool/elementary), plus family-friendly communites. Thanks!

If you're interested in schools I recommend you check www.greatschools.net. They provide a consolidated source of information including their rating, the state rating, average math class size, TAKS results for 4th 8th and 10th grades, the teacher average years of experience and a percentage of new teachers, attendance rates, percentages of free and reduced lunches and limited English proficiency, and an ethnic breakdown on the students.

They also offer parents opinions. Which can be a very mixed bag, both because it's typically on the very happy or very upset parents that post, and because their experiences are individual and not an overall representation of the school.

There is a vet located off 3040 west of Business 121 and Valley Parkway. It is just inside Flowermound on edge of Lewsiville. I can't remember the name of the vet. It was my ex'es vet he used for his cats. He and his sister have used her for many years. Sorry I can't be of any more help. If you are in the area just take a drive and you will see it on the right side of the road in a small strip.
