Default Buying a New Home in Castle Hills..Negotiating Price

Anyone had any luck negotiating on the prices in Castle Hills in the North...i have seen David Weekly, American Legend and Mercedes homes...any advice? We are looking at 4 bedroom homes....Thank you.

American Legend are the only ones that have some inventory. Mercedes doesn't an David Weekley doesn't either. They are really selling like hot cakes. American Legends sold 70 homes these past few months (check the Reserve too), Mercedes 40 in less than 3 months and DW just opened up their model 2 weeks ago and they still managed to sell almost 20 homes from the trailer.

They are not negotiating on the homes when you build from scratch. They have just recently had a price increase actually. They do have some incentives and the homes come with a lot of upgrades as a standard.

I am looking at 4 bed room house myself. I am not sure what the previous post means. They had plenty of sites available for sale unless he meant the ready to move in.

Let me know how your negotiation goes. That's something I wanted to know myself.

hi.
david weekly doesnt reduce the price,,but american legend does-in west phase...
in north, they told us that they are not goin to reduce more thn 5% only because the margin is less because of less lot size...
thats all i can help you with...
does neone have idea about castle hills-west ??????
