We are about to make an offer on a Huntington home in Stonebridge Ranch, the Cascades section in Mckinney. Do you think that $120/sq ft is too much? We love the house, I just don't want to make a bad decision. Let me know your thoughts.

I just returned from a buyer walk through on a Huntington Home. They are one of the best around and no that is not too much for the quality they put into a home.

They do a great job.

Have your Realtor run comps for you. That is A MUST before you make any offer.
This must be a pre-owned because only Highland is still building in The Cascades.

I agree too that they are a great builder.
