Hi,

We are relocating to Texas from western NY in January (and very excited about that!). I was wondering if anyone had any information on the Cedar Ridge development in Prosper - or any info on Bloomfield Homes?
Thanks,
Tammy

Default Bloomfield Homes in Cedar Ridge is fantastic!

I just purchased a Bloomfield Home in Cedar Ridge. I can tell you that I've visited the site once or twice a week since they started the house in June/July. I've been very impressed with the quality of materials. I was already impressed with the "custom touches" that were standard in the house (I bought the Carolina, with the upstairs media room option). The salesman and the building project manager are as attentive as though they were building their own home. I was worried about the drive from Prosper to where I work in the Grand Prairie area. I currently commute from West Plano; but I have timed my route from my office to the new house in Prosper several times - and it has been no more than 5 extra minutes (once, I even beat my average Plano commute time). Having the toll-way just 3 minutes from your door is worth the price of admission! I have purchased 4 new homes in my life, and without a doubt, this experience has been the smoothest. Matt and Jerry are GREAT!

Holy macro!!! From Prosper to Grand Prairie on a daily basis. How long does it take you? Do you take 121 to 360?

Thanks mk for the feedback!!! I appreciate it! We checked out Prosper in August and really liked Bloomfield Homes, loved the area and the schools. Matt and Jerry were terrific - but we haven't really been able to find any info on Bloomfield - you hear a lot about Highland homes, David Weekly, etc. - so your input is wonderful. Thank-you!
