I have heard some bad reviews about the quality of Sumeer Homes. What is your price range and what are you looking for when comparing builders?

Sumeer homes is not usually even in the ball park as New Castle and Khov. THey usually build in a much lower price range, below $250k.

In that price I wouldn't look at Sumeer Homes. I 've heard some bad comments on the quality of their homes from both homeowners & other Realtors.

Newcastle Homes are very good builders, I would compare them to Highland Homes. It's a no brainer.

Sumeer homes is a lower end builder therefore you would have lower quality. However, despite all the builders that imploded in the last 18 months, Sumeer managed to stay in business. They build a cheaper home in the middle of high end homes, of course, the finish out is going to be of a lower standard but I don't think they have bad quality homes. They were in good standing with the TRCC too.
