Default Some really cool Dallas pictures!

I found this article in the Morning News about a Trinity River photo contest. Some of the winning pictures are pretty spectacular. They do a great job of exhibiting the beauty of the city and its skyline, and also the city's growth while attempting to retain and nourish the natural features that add to its appeal.

Some don't even seem like Dallas at all, very good photos. There are just so many aspects to Dallas, it's nice to see something different.

One of the 1st place winners for the youth division was a student at a Garland ISD middle school. COOL!!!!

You know, there should be a MANDATORY tour that all newcomers to the DFW area should have to take. The Trinity River, The Great Trinity Forest, Spring Creek Forest Preserve, White Rock Lake, Katy Trail, Dallas Arboretum and many many other spots around should be on it. They just might realize that ALL of "Dallas" is NOT "flat" and "prarie".
