Default Commute to Farmers Branch

We are going to start looking for a house. Our priority is good schools.
My husbands office is in Farmers Branch at the Midway and 635 intersection. We are considering Frisco/West Plano/Allen.Commute wise which would be a better choice?
Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you.

Allen would be crazy far. West Plano might work. Frisco would be a bit further, but might work. They won't be short commutes.

Good schools in all those areas. Of those 3 I'd go with West Plano for shortest commute. You may also want to consider Coppell. The schools there are considered among the best of the northern suburbs, and the commute might be a little better than West Plano.

Frisco is going to be less expensive than West Plano and only a couple miles longer of a commute.

You may also want to look at Castle Hills. They seem to be building new houses in that area.
