Default Any recommendations for custom 15 ft. drapes / valance?

I have a two story family room with 10 windows 5 wide double stacked. I need to get a valance to do across the top and a panel on each side to dress the area up a little? Anyone have any recommendations based on their experience? Hopefully someone who can do it without requiring me to take out a second mortgage . Here is a picture of what I am looking for...

I hope they are quality windows and don't face north or west...

try craigs list--sometimes seamstresses advertise there
and check your local JoAnne's fabric or Calico Corners
they often post names of people who do sewing...
you might also try upholstery places...

We've used Complete Interior Solutions in downtown Lewisville, and were very satisfied with their work. I think the prices were reasonable (that kind of work is never cheap for good quality), and service was great. Here's their site - Complete Interior Solutions.
