I think there are a few tenants left in there. A few months ago there was a story about it in the paper and it said there were a few floors in use.

I worked in the building for years in the past and it seemed to have a strange management structure with different owners (or at least management policies) for upper and lower parts of the building. With little put into improvements and restrictive leases it would not surprise me that it is empty.

I worked in that building for years and I believe there are still a few tenants left. I'm pretty sure BoA still has a few offices in the building.

In the recent "Lost JFK Tapes" shown on National Geographic you could see that the building was still under construction during that time. It was probably 3/4 of the way up with the steel structure. For a few years, that was 'the building' in downtown. Hunt Oil was headquartered there (along with First National Bank).
