Hello. I commute from the Van/Edom area (18 miles west of Tyler) to Dallas. Looking for someone who would like to carpool. If you are coming from Tyler on I-20, we could meet at Love's Station (exit 540), one of us park and continue from there in one vehicle. I work four 10-hour days at UT Southwestern Medical Center (Harry Hines at Mockingbird). Currently I am off on Wednesday but that possibly could be changed. Would love to hear from you to discuss possibilities. Thanks. L.C.

Hi again. I am the commuter. Just saw some of your other messages. My husband and I lived in Lewisville for 25 years before moving to the country in Van Zandt County. My mother lived in Tyler for years and she and I both loved the town, now a small city I suppose. I think it is a wholesome place (more so than in many Dallas school districts) for teenagers in school. Good luck with your decisions. Hope to hear from you on the commuting issue. It would reduce gasoline costs and automobile wear in half for both of us! L. C.
