Who are you & why are you all of a sudden peppering out board with traffic articles?

Nice, but not necessary.

I apologize. I am a truck driver and have started a column and post them so my fellow drivers out there can keep abreast of the weather conditions. I make very little from this column and the drivers out there appreciate it. Merry Christmas!

For future reference you might want to keep subjects similar to each other in one thread, as it can seem to clutter up the front page for people searching for other topics.

That said though, no biggie, have a good day.

it is kinda hard to do that these past few days. we've had 1400 drivers stranded all over the country. i could put it all in one forum, but then only a few see it. kept weather related to dallas since it's my area and drivers coming into the area would look there.

actually, what i'd like to see is a forum dedicated to truckers so i can post there, but still, in light of the stranded drivers, we've had over 4000 folks come to their rescue, and not all were truck drivers, so it is helping.

again, I do apologize. the weather combined with road closures had me posting more than I normally do and with the stranded drivers since tuesday, we were all just trying to get them home.

No need to apologuise. I was more giving a tip, not complaining.

To clarify what I mean: There's 3 or 4 threads about the weather, stranded drivers and such in this Dallas Forum alone. What I suggest, for the future, is to keep all these Dallas related posts in one thread (under the Dallas forum of course).

That said, I hope all the truckers get home, I've worked with and respect them, and wish you, and them a merry Christmas.

Actually I appreciate you post. I'm glad you linked the article. I might send it to my boss. I had to drive from Plano to oak Cliff to work on Christmas Eve at 11pm. It was hell until I got to Highland Park. I'd subscribe to a traffic thread in a heartbeat if there was one.
