So if even big women don't want Black men in Houston, where the stereotype is out there that Black men are known for dating other race's "scraps", then Houston is seriously behind in the times! I hope that makes sense of what I have stated here.

However, when I do see Latino-Black relationships in the open, it is usually a revolting-looking thugged-out Black man with a ghetto-rat Latina-American walking down the street with attitude written all over their faces, especially the female's face.

I wouldn't really consider the sleezebuckets that frequent Craigslist a valid indicator of the market conditions for dating, IR or otherwise.

But the personals (not casual encounters) section has legit personal ads from people seeking dates/relationships.

I know if I (Indian man who is primarily attracted to white women) was single in the DFW area, I probably would find dating to be a challenge. Yes I know there are white women who are into Indian men, but it's not exactly common and if you look at all kinds of personals in DFW, you'll see white women saying they want white or hispanic, or white/hispanic/black only. In fact I think "SWF seeks SWM" is the most common thing you see here (And many other markets, mind you).

I've also seen plenty of ads specifically saying they don't want Indian or Middle Eastern men. To be fair, I've seen that in the SF Bay Area too, and the Bay Area is known for a high number of interracial couples.

When I was single in a similar market, I explored personals but found I couldn't get enough "hits" in terms of me replying to ads or people replying to mine, and I suspect that is mostly based on ethnicity.

Im Lebanese (I look white), and Ive dated mostly Asians. But Ive also dated, white, latina, and black as well. But Asians are my thing. My wife is Asian.
